Delighted that the apartment at 14 Hamilton Road was announced Winner of the Residential New Home up to 250sq category at the ADNZ Auckland/Northland Regional Awards. It's great to be recognised for the quality of the design, which was done by Ardern UDB, our sister company.
We are hoping this award is the sign of good things to come for both the apartment and the whole building.
Have to say, we love working in it - not a bad spot to have an office.
