Esplanade Renovation

This renovation project involved opening up a dark and enclosed 1970's bach to the views, sun and outdoor living.  The transformation of this three-bedroom waterfront property resulted in a light and open living space with cohesive use of indoor and outdoor spaces and materials. 

In keeping with the Lite-House philosophy to reuse and recycle, flooring, doors and hardware, fireplaces, kitchen units and bathroom suites along with plumbing and electrical materials were all reclaimed from another Lite-House project and reinstated in this modernised home.
